Yes: Before colonoscopy you have to drink plenty of laxatives to clense your bowel. Therefore, some of the liquid may still be in your colon even after the colonoscopy.

Colonoscopy: This doesn't sound especially worrisome. But read the materials you probably were given after the procedure. They may explain what symptoms to watch for or inform your doctor about. If you weren't given such info or instructions aren't clear, call the office where your colonoscopy was done.

Post colonoscopy: Changes in bowel habits have been known to occur after the colon cleansing and the colonoscopy itself but bowel function usually normalizes after a few weeks. If not consult your gastroenterologist who may order stool cultures, probiotics and recommend dietary changes.

Yes: You may have some residual bowel preparation solution. if the diarrhea persists more than one day, it would be prudent to consult your doctor. Bowel movement and urinating at the same time is normal. Drink enough water to stay hydrated.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

After a colonoscopy: Your colon is empty so it may take 24 48 hours of eating a regular diet before your stools normalize. Much longer than that and you need to report this to your endoscopist.

The work-up for: chronic diarrhea can be complex. Key factors are is it watery, bloody, fatty appearing. The colonoscopy is most important if it is bloody to evaluate for inflammatory bowel disease, cancer and hemorrhoids! If watery, need blood tests/stool cultures to exclude infection and gluten sensitivity. Further helpful tests include fecal leukocytes, electrolytes and fat measurement. You need more work-up.

No: If you have urgency and diarrhea, you might have an infection. It is not normal to have diarrhea or an urgency to push. You don't need another colonoscopy you need a stool test to make sure you don't have an infection.
They should look for bacteria and parasites.
