Veins in the palm: Blood vessels are a network of arteries and veins. It is normal to see few small veins. If there is sudden change in size of your veins, that will be a concern for blood clots or high blood pressure. Also workout using palm can cause visible veins.

Muscle aches: Muscle aches with associated flushed feelings but no fever are still suspicious of an infection, probably viral. Observe for other new symptoms like sore throat, headache, nasal congestion, cough, rash, diarrhea or urinary symptoms. At this time I recommend resting, good fluid intake and taking Tylenol.

Maybe: Feeling strong pulse in the leg and hand is not necessarily abnormal. If your pulse is not regular or too fast, that's a different story.

im having pain on my left shoulder, left side of the neck also i feel lke my left hand is getting heavier on me.. since yesterday..my bp was 100-60 n pulse was normal.. wut symptoms r these??

I'll start with...: ...the most serious possibility:  angina or heart pain.  Some people can have a heart attack w/o ever having chest pain.  Second on my list is a pinched nerve in the neck causing pain and numbness along its track from the spine to the hand.  Muscle spasms can also cause this type of pain.  I'm glad your b/p &amp; pulse were normal but that doesn't mean all is okay.  Please get medical attention.

i was sitting here not doing anything and i happened to look at my right hand and i could see my pulse under my thumb on that part of my hand. is that normal? or something to be worried about. ive never noticed it before and its not doing it now.

Pulse thumb: It is common to see the artery that runs across the dorsal area of the thumb in what is called the snuff box. But not aware of how one could see it on the palmer surface of the hand. Show to Dr and send us video.

Unusual: One may feel the pulses in those areas, but it's unusual to see the pulsation. If your blood pressure is not elevated, and if you don't have any heart valvular abnormalities, I doubt any serious problem. If you still have concerns, see your physician for evaluation and advice.

Aorta: You are feeling the pulsation of the aorta which is the largest artery in the body and because you're young and slender, there probably is no pathology. An aneurysm is the usual concern in an adult, but if you have continued concerns consult your physician who will check for this and also make sure your blood pressure is not elevated.

i have a twitching pulsing vein visible in my left palm. should i worry or is this a normal annoyance?

Pulsing in the Palm: What your describing is likely not a vein but an arteriole or small artery just below the surface of the skin in the palm.  This is normal as there are 2 arcs of branching arteries across the palm that give rise to the smaller arteries going to each finger.  The veins are more superficial and you may see these more readily, but it is the arteries pulsations that you're feeling just below.
