Yes: The round ligaments, which support the growing uterus, attach in the middle third of the vagina on both sides and it is common to feel pain anywhere along the sides of the abdomen, through the groin or in the vagina as these ligaments work to support an increasingly heavy uterus.

30 weeks gestation: At 30 weeks gestation, pregnancy have grown out of the pelvis into the abdominal space. At this time of pregnancy, there might be some mild effect on the bladder which can cause frequent urination. You did not describe cramping, leaking or bleeding which is reassuring. In order to ensure safety, see your doctor for evaluation to include cervical evaluation, urine analysis, and  fetal movement.

Common: To know if pain you are having is normal you will need to be seen by your doctor. Most pregnant women complain about these types of pains at 32 weeks gestation.

Prenatal care: We can not really assess or determine the cause of pain in a specific person without an assessment. Pregnant women often complain of various pains and discomforts. It is important to see an Obgyn to confirm that all is normal.

Round ligament pain: Probably what you're feeling is round ligament pain. This is totally normal at your gestation. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or a heating pack may help. See your doc if it gets worse or if you start leaking or bleeding.

i am 28 weeks pregnant and my lower stomachs and cervical area has a lot of pressure along with a sharp pain shooting down my vagina. is this normal?

Not unusual.  : Make sure it's not your bladder, you can use tylenol (acetaminophen) and get an abdominal support brace.  Depending on history, pain tolerance. Work load, etc, it canbe worse, see your doctor.

Vaginal pain: At 32 weeks, stress can activate a herpes I or II infection and produce a vaginal sore which is very sensitive by itself, but when urine spills on the sore, it can increase significantly.  See your OB provider for testing for IgG and IgM antibodies for herpes, or an exam for treatment.

is lower back pain near pelvic area normal, and how will i know if burning in vagina area is already uti w/o urinalysis in 31 weeks pregnancy?

You can't know: for sure without an exam and a urinalysis.  It is important to get a diagnosis and treatment since you are pregnant.  If you can't get to a clinic/lab over the weekend, you can drink lots of cranberry juice.  You can also clean yourself off VERY well, go into a clean cup or jar and check for any odor.  Leave it at room temp overnight, if not infected, it should still be clear and nearly odorless.

im 34 weeks pregnant with my first baby. i have a sharp pain in my vagina and pelvis area and back pain since yesterday. the lower part of my belly feels hard and i can feel the presure pussing down inside. is this normal or should i be concerned?

Seek obs evaluation: It would be best to report your symptoms to your obstetrical team (doctors, midwives) or to go to the nearest obstetrical emergency  unit to be evaluated today.
