If you are tired & depressed all the time,  1st get a complete medical eval. If physical tests don't uncover a reason for the symptoms, contact a psychologist & see what is leading to the depression. A psychotherapist can help you figure out what is upsetting you.

Probably normal: The color of the genital skin in men and women is darker than the rest of the skin.  Yours is probably normal for you and I would bet that you never examined it well in the past.  There is no disease or abnormality which can specifically darken the skin in this area.

Atypia means abnormal or atypical endometrium which could be precancerous. Small fluid in cul de sac isn't uncommon. Biopsy is indicated if you have bleeding
