i hurt very much when i put her to breastfeed
i dont have enough milk for one feed let alone 2..
and for another 3 months, i doubt it!!!

Incorrect latch: You should make sure the baby is skin to skin with you while breastfeeding and she is laying across your chest.  Open her mouth wide by tickling her upper lip, then place her mouth around the outside of your areola, not on your nipple.  The first 60 seconds may sting but once the baby begins gulping you should feel more comfortable.  If you don't drink enough water you won't produce enough milk!

Likely reflux: Check the vomit to make sure no blood or green color.  If no and the baby is doing well otherwise, likely she is refluxing which can be very normal during the newborn period.  Try increasing burping post feed to 10-15 minutes

Not normal: It is rare  to have breast milk or galactorrhea this long after breast feeding, and is usually related to elevated prolactin,  and  may be associated with a benign pituitary tumor.   Various drugs,( including BP, mood &amp; hormone meds, herbal products, illicit drugs),  thyroid dysfunction, emotional stress &amp; frequent nipple stimulation are all causes.  Please get PE from PF.  Occ no cause is found.

Drug in  breast milk: Because of potential risk xanax (alprazolam) is not recommended during  the first trimester.Effects seiaures , mild seizures , sedation and weith loss. Elimination half life 12-15 hours.

Nadalol: The drug can be passed in breast milk. Check with your doctor as to his opinion

Progestin only pill: The progestin only pills (such as plan b) are considered to be the safest while breast feeding   From the in package information for plan b: "no adverse effects of progestin-only pills have been found on breastfeeding performance or on the health, growth, or development of the infant. 
However, isolated post-marketing cases of decreased milk production have been reported"

why do my left side breast still big, droops and flat after having a baby and it has a slight pain i dont breast feed i just breast pump.

Change in shape: It is normal for your breasts to change in size and shape with and after breastfeeding.  The slight pain could be a couple of things.   As your milk " lets down" just before the milk begins to flow, you may be aware of a slight ACHE as the muscles around the milk ducts contract to get the milk going.  Congratulations for breastfeeding your baby!  He will be SO healthy!

Okay to breastfeed: Next choice is a medication that contains a progestin hormone which is the same medication that we give to women who are desiring birth control even after just having a baby. It should not affect your ability to breastfeed nor will it have on affect on your baby at this point. Women continue to breastfeed while on birth control pills, so no concerns. Take care!

i'm very insecure about my breath because i don't have nipples, or at least not protruding ones. is that normal? will i still be able to breast feed?

Probably: Most women have no problems breastfeeding.  The trick is to get the tip of your nipple to the back of the baby's mouth while he is feeding to truly compress the milk ducts.  A lactation consultant can help with technique when the baby is born to get you off to a good start!
