Don't do it: Vaginal douching is never healthy. It will not effectively treat any infection; it often makes infections worse and can lead to even more serious problems. Itching and discharge means an infection that needs medical attention and proper treatment. It could be yeast or an STD, if at risk; and various other causes. Definitely do not use vinegar or anything else in your vagina. See a doctor soon.

See your doctor: There are alot of things that could cause this series of symptoms.  The only way to know for sure what is going on is to see a physician and get tested.  Once you have a diagnosis, then you can get treatment.

I would get it: checked just to ensure that there is no infection (like bacterial vaginosis). Take care.

Apple cider vinegar?: If you are using apple cider vinegar for housecleaning or food preparation then great. If you are using it vulvo-vaginally then STOP. Your itching may be due to a yeast infection that the vinegar will only make worse. If there is no relief from the itching when the vinegar is discontinued then see a GYN MD to be checked for an infection.

See a doctor: The best answer is to see a health practioner for proper evaluation.  You could try an over the counter yeast medication but if you get worse or no relief then you will definitely need to be evaluated.
