Scratch or: punctured of the eardrum ( usually very painfulo) Probably a broken blood vessl; however, must be examined.

Otitis externa: Recommend a consultation.  Sounds like otitis externa needs to be excluded.  If unwell and rapidly spreading then seek urgent medical attention

See an ENT: Do not try to remove this yourself as you risk perforating the ear drum. Have your ear evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist who will have the equipment and expertise to remove it.

Need exam: The only way to place the origin of the blood is by direct exam. It  could be from the ear canal wall or the ear drum.

See ophthalmologist: If you have already seen an opthalmologist, have them refer you to somebody for a second opinion.  Proptosis must have a source and a thorough investigation should reveal this.

i never touch/pop any pimples that i get, but i had a pimple in my ear & didnt know & i scratched my ear with my fingernail & it popped- i washed my finger & put hand sanitizer on right away, but can the pus that got on my finger spread elsewhere?

: No problem! Good to avoid popping pimples, but not because it spreads infection. That doen't happen; the bacteria in pimples already are all over your skin in large numbers. Squeezing pimples can increase scarring and can be dangerous, forcing pus into the bloodstream with complications like brain infection. (OTOH at least 90% of people with pimples pop them and few get dangerous complications.)

Masking technique : Dear sir / madam, 

you have tinnitus.  This starts in the ears but continues because of the brain.

You need a hearing test.

Stress reduction, including prayer, can be helpful.
Avoid loud noise.

You may need hearing aids.

Use white noise or music to mask the tinnitus.

why do i have recurring sores in my ear?

Skin issues : Sometimes the ear canal skin can form infected cysts which can be very irritating. Sometimes the skin itself can become inflamed or irritated from contact with shampoos and soaps. If you clean your ears with q-tips then you are actually removing healthy wax which protects the skin and this also can lead to recurrent sores and infections. You should see an ENT doctor and have him or her take a look in your ears.

Remove with assist: If it is alive and large, make it uncomfortable with focused heat, or some alcohol and ask a friend to extract it carefully. If small or dead and you cannot dislodge by tilting your head in that direction, see a medical clinic where it can be removed with care under a scope or ear cup.
