Vs. on purpose?: If you could swallow it easily; yeah, otherwise it wouldn't be an ''accident''. As long as !) no difficulty in next, 6hrs., 12 hrs or 18.5 hrs & you can take pride in ''creative bowel movements'', you will be ok.
     If not, what do we do?
      Right, tell your physician. Umm, right away.

If it's lit.: Burn hazard aside, the nicotine contained in a single cigarette is not dangerous to an adult. The same cannot be said for infants and toddlers- 2mg (the amount if nicotine that could be found in a cigarette) can be lethal to a 2 year old. Keep your smokes away from your kids.

i have accidentally swallowed a piece of broken denture without realizing it...but almost 98% of the denture still remains in my month ......am really worry but am noting feeling any pain for now...is 24hrs?

: In all likelihood it will pass. If you need to recover poop into a bowl and strain it with a strainer.  Start now.

Often: an object such as a tooth just passes through the gi tract and is expelled with feces.  Was  there more than just the tooth? Such as jagged, broken denture material?

The piece of thread: will most likely pass through your system.  Now  - if you ate a whole spool of thread- that might cause a bezoar and be a different matter. You will most likely be fine.

Yes: Everybody always swallows dust particles and other debris on a regular basis without any problems.  This is not the cause of the feeling you have in the back of your throat.  It is caused by a local irritation or even a post nasal drip.

Broken tooth: The broken piece should pass without a problem. Call your dentist to have that broken tooth evaluated and treated.

Not much: Generally swallowing small amounts of toothpaste will have no effect.  Swallowing  flouride alone during a flouride treatment can cause temporary nausea.
