Certainly: Almost any drug that causes change in you r body by hormone manipulation, change in stress of stress response can cause a change in you rmenstrual cycle. In short any of the medications that you list can delay your period.

Left side pain: Would check for  reflux with or without H pylori. Would also  do CXR to check for lesion in lungs / chest and mammogram.  f/u/ w/ doc

Muscle spasms: I agree with Dr. S. I also recommend having her checked for deficiencies of calcium, magnesium,sodium or potassium. Until she sees a physician, she could ask her pharmacist to recommend a magnesium supplement for prevention of frequent muscle spasms.

please help! what is the difference between deplorizing and non-deplorizing muscle relaxants ?

Most of these are-: -used in surgery to paralyze you while you are under anesthesia. They can be reversed by antagonist meds before you wake up. Some just paralyze you &amp; some cause muscle contraction,  &amp; then you are paralyzed. Not the same as muscle relaxants that you take orally. Google it there are books written about them.

Need to make sure no other reason for low back pain. 2nd consult physical therapist for activities to improve strength, flexibility & posture to minimize aggravation. 3rd consider Acetaminophen if liver is ok, nsaids if stomach & kidneys are ok. Narcotics & muscle relaxants can lead to confusion & addiction, thus are best avoided in long run. See pain doc.
