No: Breast milk is very nutritious, and excellent for babies, so will be of no harm to adults (in small amounts). Breast milk is too rich, so will give an adult too much animal fat (yes, we are animals) and many extra calories. Most moms with excess breast milk just freeze it for use later when their babies are weaned off the breast, but surely some frozen milk gets wasted (thrown away).

You can for tea but: No it is not healthy for adults as it is high in chlesterol and it is high in cholesterol as babies benefit from high cholesterol levels, thats why synthetic infant formulas are beginning to include fatty acids as well.But what is good for the babies is not good for adults.Secondly breast milk also is high in sugar which is lactose.

Enough: Mom will produce enougjh the average intake a newborn has is 15-40 ml a feed but it can vary depending on the infant and moms supply. Some babies will take 2-3 oz a feed by 12 days old...Others 1-2 oz. As long as baby is gaining weight and satisfied, then he/she is getting enough.

Yes, of course: Cow's milk is for cows. It is a mistake to think that this is the only source of calcium. He should be gradually introduced to table food, concentrating on fruit and vegetgables using junior food and graduating to family food.
