Ur ?  is Unclear: The only approved oral (pill) medical abortion regimen utilizes one pill - mifepristone, followed 24-48hrs later by 4 pills - misoprosol placed between your cheek and gum until they dissolve.  If taken properly, and when 9 weeks pregnant or less, this regimen is up to 98% effective.  I do not understand what pills you took or when or how you took them.  Please see Dr asap for an ultrasound.

I would encourage : You to use a reliable form of birth control...Consider an iud or a Progesterone implant (implanon)...Medical abs do not require anesthesia or instrumentation and are safe if proper instruction is followed. Talk to your local planned parenthood to get information.

Bleeding: The abortion pill induces a miscarriage which can lead to bleeding for about two weeks or so, give or take one week. You should however see your doctor for follow up to ensure that everything has exited your uterus. Some people have failed medical abortions and will be at risk of severe bleeding if the pregnancy remains.

: At 7 months the abortion pills might cause premature labor but that will not kill the baby. If the labor proceeds to delivery then there are various complications of prematurity that may potentially affect the baby, but the risks are very much correlated with exactly how premature the baby is. There is no blood test that will detect that you used abortion pills.

Fasting: Sometimes the medicine causes nausea and vomiting. This could result in aspiration- something to prevent.

High caffeine intake: may ^ risk for miscarriage. I haven't seen any articles that specifically link energy drinks with miscarriages though.
