Trial run: Beta blockers like inderal are excellent medications for performance anxiety - and innumerable other medical conditions.  Contraindications would be cardiac arrhythmia (of certain types), asthma, and diabetes (it can make it more difficult to discern if one is hypoglycemic).
One might best experiment with a dose at home before using it for an exam.  It can cause low blood pressure, and tiredness

Can make you drowsy: You need to be careful, somnolence is a very common side effect of Meclizine and if taken with Remeron (mirtazapine) or Klonopin  it could make it worse. You should be especially careful not to drive or operate heavy machinery while on these medications. Good luck.

The main thing to : Look out for is combined sedation, lightheadedness and serotonin syndrome, which I have only seen twice in 30 years of practice. So, get up slowly if going from a lying to standing condition and let your legs dangle over the side of the bed for 30 seconds before getting up slowly. Make sure you are not getting clumsy and don't drive or operate machinery until you are sure the meds are safe for you.
