i took a tylenol maybe three hours ago, and it feels stuck in my throat. i've tried drinking warm water, eating ice cream, throwing up, etc. it doesn't hurt to swallow or anything, it just feels stuck. also i have bad acid reflux, and i have anxiety.

Pill: The mucosa in our throats can be easily irritated. The pill may have temporarily adhered to throat tissue. The fact that it still feels odd may be because of mild inflammation but doesn't mean that a pill is still stuck there. Try to calm yourself.

i eat & lay down. had ice cream with chocolate & had 4bags of white chocolate felt funny pain in chest then it got worse is it a sign of acid reflux ?

Hmmm...: It's a sign of something more than acid reflux, if a person eats ice cream and then FOUR bags of white chocolate. It's a sign to visit one's primary care doctor to evaluate why one would eat ice cream and then FOUR bags of chocolate. There are likely other health issues here, that one would want to discuss with one's doctor... to resolve current problems and prevent future ones.

This : This could be ulcer or reflux. Does not sound like lactose intolerance.
Try an antacid medication like prilosec. If the symptoms persist and endoscopy would be indicated to have a look in the stomach.

: You are mist likely lactose intolerant but the level of lactose may be low in the other dairy products you tolerate or the quantities you eat may simply be lower, thus avoiding symptoms.

i've been having chest pain right in the middle of my chest since last thursday evening after eating ice cream-which i never eat. i have a history of gastroesophageal reflux disease but it usually doesn't last this long nor does a heart attack right?

: Is it true that you never ate ice cream before last Thursday? 
At your age, substernal pain as you described is less likely an cardiac pain in origin, especially it has been persistent. Cardiac pain is usually triggered with activity and it associates with shortness of breath and sweating.
GERD is more likely and you can do therapeutic diagnosis with Omeprazole / Prilosec / Nexium /Prevacid, OTC.

Only when greasy: It would be the fat in popcorn which worsens reflux and not the popcorn per se unless you are eating buckets of them at a time. Smaller meals usually work better.

It depends: There is a withdrawal for some on quitting caffeine.  I suspect that is why the reflux is worse.  Give it some time.

: I think you'd have to try it to find out. Some people with reflux may be bothered by garlic but not others. The same pertains to gastritis.  Actually some clinicians recommend eating garlic for patients with gastritis.
