Too complex: This is not something which can easily be described for either virus in the space allotted here.  They are completely different in structure. Far more appears to be known about the molecular structure of HIV which is called a retrovirus, but its composition and the enzymes necessary for its function are much too complicated to go into here.

Urinary infection: Please consult your doctor if urine culture is needed and for prescription for treatment.

No treatment: unfortunately if you have HPV, there is no cure right now except for keeping your immunity up not smoking and maintaining good health. There is some evidence to say that getting a HPV vaccine can still be helpful. get regular Pap smears and see your doctor for any irregular bleeding.

had irritation few weeks ago, went to dr, she said it's bacterial, i took meds, now i see again it's like papillomas acc to google but hpv pap was neg?

No test is 100%: but an HPV pap just has to be better than Google.
Papilloma would have a visible wart. sometimes they can be a bit tricky to see. But if nothing seen and tests negative for HPV and positive for bacterial.... would support bacterial.

HPV: Human papillomavirus (also called hpv) is the most common sexually transmitted infection (sti). There are more than 40 hpv types that can infect the genital areas of males and females. Hpv can also infect the mouth and throat. Most people who become infected with hpv do not even know they have it.

i'm 19 had pharyngitis, took a culture came back negative for bacteria. does this mean i have hpv infection? cancer?

Likely not HPV: Throat cultures are commonly sent to provide information about the source of a throat infection or red throat.  Depending on what type of throat culture was sent, a variety of bacterial and viral causes are studied.  If your culture was negative for bacteria, a virus is a likely cause.  HPV infection and or cancer would be low on the list of possible causes!

what can activate or reactivate hpv in the body after testing negative yearly with normal paps then suddenly positive but not 16/18 but normal pap ? is having bacterial vaginosis a factor that could reactivate it or cause a positive hpv?

: The reasons for HPV reactivation are not well known. BV may be a factor in some cases, but usually not. The large majority of women over age 30 who have abnormal Pap smears (or newly discovered HPV on pap) have experienced reactivation, not a new HPV infection. In almost all cases, no particular reason can be found. Reactivation of HPV is so common it should be considered normal.

: The reasons HPV sometimes reactivates are not known. This is a normal event and nothing to be worried about. It doesn't indicate any sort of health problem, and as long as HPV testing returns to negative, there is no risk of cancer or other significant health problem.

i accidentally ate from my sisters plate with the fork she used several minutes ago. i thought it was my plate and fork. can i get std this way (herpes, hpv) or bacterial infections?

: They are called sexually transmitted for a reason. That is the exposure needed to get them. You don't get them at random sharing dinner utensils.
