Doesn't matter: I don't know, but it really doesn't matter.  There are lots of things that kill hiv, such as soap and water.  Killing HIV isn't the answer.  The answer is to stop HIV from replicating and to be able to eliminate latent infection, which olive leaf extract won't do.

It is not part of the family of viruses known as retroviruses, which tend to incorporate themselves into the genome of the host cell.
