All : All of the above symptoms you described are common at your stage of pregnancy. However, my rule of thumb for any pregnant patient is to contact your ob/gyn if you have any concerns, even the slightest. You can call your doctor's  office 24/7 and there will always be someone on call to take your call.
If you have any of the following signs of preterm labor present to OB triage right away:
contractions that occur every 10 min. Or more frequently
leakage of fluid or blood from your vagina
increase in pelvic pressure
intense backache 
cramps( like your period)

Not reliable: Abdominal heaviness is not a reliable sign of early pregnancy.  More reliable is a missed period, nausea, breast tenderness.  Check a pregnancy test starting 2-5 days after the first day of the missed period.  Abdominal heaviness more likely to be intestinal, possibly related to food impacting intestines.

i'm 3 days late. i took a hpt and it said neg. my tummy has a heavy feeling, no pms signs or the "usual pregnancy sym". am i just over stressing?

Learn the facts: Knowledge is power! Find good reproduction info - scientific online sites, libraries, women's clinics, pharmacies or your doctor. If you have unprotected sex near the time you ovulate and both of your bodies work well - you will be likely to conceive. Any day has some chance w/o protection. 3 days may be too early, so test again soon or have an exam. Take this seriously. Best wishes!

Wait and see: Pain is not predictive of successful fertility treatment. If the pain is severe see your obgyn to rule out ovarian hyper stimulation syndrome.

Normal and common: I'm afraid it's too common to be specific: in other words, can't say it's good or bad - but it is normal. The only reliable pregnancy sign before a missed period is a positive test. Best of luck next few days!

Pregnancy sysmptoms: If negative preg. Test most likely you are not pregnant. Do a blood preg. Test if still have doubts. Check your thyroid or gastrointestinal tract to find causes of your symptoms. Define pregnancy symptoms as well.

Maybe: After 18-20 weeks pregnancy, pregnant women ill be "showing", with visible enlargement of the abdomen.  Around that time, "quickening" occurs, which is the first sensation or perception of fetal movement.  If you think you're pregnant, do a test and see your doctor.

Not necessarily.: Although there can sometimes be light cramping with pregnancy - that as a sole symptom is definately not diagnostic. If you have missed your period and have been sexually active - it would be advisable to take  a pregnancy test. Take care.

That isn't a typical: Sx. Classic pregnancy sxs usually don’t begin until after your period is missed or thereafter (6-8 wks). These can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings ; aversions; passing gas; enlarging waist line. Etc. There may be ^ white vaginal discharge.   Take a home pregnancy &gt;.

Unlikely.: There are many signs and symptoms of pregnancy. They include missed periods, breast tenderness, sensitivity to smells, and nausea/vomiting, fatigue, and weight gain. Cold symptoms and slight cramping are not typically signs of early pregnancy. If you think you might be pregnant, you could take a home pregnancy test (they are very accurate) or visit your doctor to obtain proper prenatal care.
