Caffeine: Caffeine can be a bladder irritant causing urinary frequency in small amounts, but I wouldn't expect any burning on urination. You may note absence of symptoms when you drink decaffeinated coffee. I presume there's less caffeine in the other beverages.

4-5 hours after drinking coffee(decaf) or iced tea i start feeling jittery, heart rate goes up, feel weak in my legs&arms,and kind of dizzy. i cant figure out is it due to caffeine or due to its diuretic properties?why do symptoms appear 4-5 later?

: If what you describe does that then best is to stop taking that. However decaf tea and coffee have very small amount of caffeine- generally not enough to cause the symptoms you describe- unless you are supersensitive to that. To find  if other reasons causing this pl see your doc

Forget green tea: Green tea is the latest in a long line of overhyped nutritional products. Claims include weight loss, better health, longer life, better endurance. Do not believe the hype. Yes green tea contains some anti-oxidants and phytonutrients, but it still contains caffiene which is a stimulant and has diuretic properties. Too much green tea is not good for you.

does 150mg "green tea phytosome decaffeinated extract containing green tea extract bound to phosphatidylcholine" have tannins? it's in my supplement.

is it safe to mix decaffeinated green tea with emergency c packs. im taking the off brand walmart equate ones. i have a cold and a sinus infection. so im also taking clindamycin. does amy of this interact?
