I : I am so sorry that your grandma is going through that.  Pneumonia is treated with antibiotics and oxygen, as you know.  Pleural effusions in most cases resolve spontaneously as the pneumonia clears up, but in the case of severe pleural effusions, the patient sometimes needs to have drainage performed.  It is rare that effusions need to be drained however.  Most patients improve with antibiotics and supportive care.

Depends: Cyanosis is only relieved with oxygen. Total body cyanosis, like from COPD or pneumonia may need supplemental oxygen. If local to a finger like in reynaud's, then will improve when vascular spasm ends and oxygenated blood flow resumes.

Need a good doctor: You should find a good doctor(a primary care doctor) who can examine you and run tests to find the cause of your ailments. Migraines have good treatment options available. Try tylenol (acetaminophen) first but there are other more potent drugs also available, if needed.

Not in isolation: Coarctation only causes cyanosis when it is associated with other heart disease that allows blue blood to cross over to the red blood side.  Cyanosis occurs in two situations: 1. When blue blood gets to the red blood side ("right-to-left shunting) or 2. When blood is not fully oxygenated in the lungs ("pulmonary venous desaturation").

Hands and feet too: Peripheral cyanosis usually means a problem with the circulation to the places farthest from the heart. In the arms and legs, milder symptoms would appear in the nails, tips of fingers, and tips of toes. Increased symptoms would mean cyanosis would appear in the entire fingers and toes... and even in the entire hands and feet.

Raynauds is spasm : Raynaud's phenomenon is caused by a spasm in the vessels usually caused by exposure to cold.  It starts with the finger tips, toes, tip of the nose, and or ears turning white.  This is followed by a blue color (cyanosis ).  When the blood vessel relaxes the skin flushes as the blood rushes back in.  2 color changes are required for diagnosing raynauds.  Cyanosis is is simply blue from lack oxygen.
