Cut back on : Any caffeine and especially beer, and keep the area dry with cornstarch powder. Avoid the greasy ointments. If fungus is suspected use anti fungal powder such aas Mycostatin (nystatin) rather than the creams.

Leave it alone: Let it heal by itself. Any interference is likely to make it worse. It is unhygienic to remove hair form your genitals by shaving or chemicals.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Genital itching,redn: Associated redness raises suspicion of a yeast infection which can be passed back and forth between sexual partners. Sometimes the cause is recurrent friction and moisture. Triamcinolone, a corticosteroid, can make a yeast infection worse unless an antiyeast ointment is used also. Ask your pharmacist to recommend the combination. Wear loose white cotton underwear. Does your partner have symptoms?

Could be: Lichen sclerosis. In the absence of more details it could also be an std. Rashes are hard to diagnose without a visual, so i would recommend you see your doctor.

Possibly folliculiti: White bumps t the hair follicles of the pubic hair with some surrounding redness may be "folliculitis" , or a staph infection in the hair follicles.  Depending on the severity it is treated with either topical or oral antibiotics.  See your doc to check this out.
