Most doctors want to re-test you in about 6-8 weeks to make sure the infection has cleared. Also, if your partner was not treated then he can very easily reinfect you.

Risky sex!: You can only get HIV by coming into contact with specific bodily fluids (e.g. blood, semen, breastmilk) of someone who is living with the virus. However, what you describe is not safe sex. There are all kinds of infections which can be transmitted via the scratches. And it' risky to leave your penis vulnerable to infectious agents from the rectal area. You should always try to avoid risky sex!
