Maybe intolerance: Seemingly your belly is just not agreeing with cauliflower. Most people have some degree of disagreement with certain foods. What you described is not gastritis. If you have excessive gas/belching with this, gas-x may help. Also, eat a bit less of this to see if it helps. Fortunately, there are plenty of other veggies around--i like them too. Cellulitis: Painful bumps indicate inflammation, most likely infectious from skin bacteria. Put some Polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) ointment on them and take ibuprofen for a couple of days. You should also disk these with Epson salt. If no improvement in 2 days, see your doctor for a quick exam and assessment. You may need a course of antibiotic to treat.

Silence Is Golden: Could be what you're eating.Some foods cause gas more than others(milk products,cruciferous vegetables[look it up],gluten,legumes[look it up])so see if eliminating some or all of them help.Don't eat much 4 hours before bed time.For milk there's Lactaid,for legumes and crucifers there's Beano (may take a lot, you'll have to find your dose).And then there's whatever medications you take:proper dose?

GERD: Gerd is common and can disrupt sleep, sleep apnea also increases gerd but your onset is just 1 week, r/o h pylori, sleep apnea etc.

This : This could be a fit issue where debris is being trapped.  It could also be the gpc as previously mentioned.  I also see similar issues with severe lid inflammation and contact lens use - make sure you are cleaning your eyelids very well each day.  I also feel patients that use make-up around the eyes need to be careful with contact lens use.  It is amazing the amount of make-up that makes its way into the tear film.

Be seen: Could be several things and information about how quickly they appeared, and other details are need. Warts can look like cauliflowers, but so can some other skin growths. Some of them could be early skin cancers, or they may be benign growths. Please have someone check them out. They may need removal or other treatment.

All these foods have sulphur-containing compounds which are good for you in many ways, but which can also cause foul-smelling gas from your bowel.  After eating, your body may be processing them for some time afterwards.  In some people, this causes an unpleasant overall body odor.

Cough lasting wks: Yes there is something definitely wrong.  Have your daughter see her doctor for an examination to determine the cause of the cough and give treatment as necessary.
