Doctors and vitamins: I hope you understand that the various vitamin products on the market are something that most physicians would not have any expertise in. There are vitamin standards set by the government and daily recommended doses.  These are all well displayed on the vitamin products available. 

I tell my patients to choose the vitamin of their choice. If they are males the only other caution is that no iron!

Is that so?: At 30 years old, you're very young to have P-Vera. Has it been confirmed with appropriate genetic studies? I wouldn't advise any these supplements unless you know what you're doing; zinc in particular will upset your gut and perhaps render you copper deficient.

I don't: Believe if you have a healthy diet that you should take any of those supplements except the fish oil, if you're sure it doesn't contain contaminants, or folate (folic acid) if you're pregnant.

: Sensory innervation of the anterior 2/3 of the tongue is via the lingual nerve, a branch of the inferior alveolar nerve. Have an oral surgeon take a look to determine if there is anything in your lower jaw that may be contributing to your issue.
