Take a test: Pregnancy tests are accurate bout 7-10 days after conception or wait until you miss your period. If you take a test you will know your answer. Brown discharge is usually old blood meaning this is more likely an early period than pregnancy. Your test will give you the answer.

Not necessarily.: An abnormal discharge can be due to an infection or spotting between cycles, among other causes.  If your period is late, check a pregnancy test.  If negative or if you have had unprotected sex with someone whom you don't know for sure is disease free (and with whom you have been in a long-term monogamous relationship), get checked for an infection.

A little bit of brown discharge is common in most pregnancies.  You should definitely mention to your doctor, and possibly refrain from intercourse until you see your doctor.

Most likely no: Given the negative test you are most likely not pregnant.  But you can retest in 1 week to be certain.

Maybe: There is always a chance. There is still sperm  coming out of the penis without ejaculation. But since you had a period the day after it is not as likely. Brown discharge could be old blood. Take a test to be sure!

Pregnancy?: First I would purchase a pregnancy test kit from your pharmacy. This will test your urine for pregnancy. There is a possibility it could be inaccurate and therefore I would try to get a pregnancy blood test. BHCG test
