No fiber diet so far: Time to reintroduce fiber to your diet and liberalize water intake. If resumption of normal eating habits does not result in normalization of your stooling, further evaluation may be warranted.

It sounds like: you put a number of things in your stomach that could have the potential to be irritating, possibly more so in combination!Often fajitas are spicy with onions and peppers, let alone the meat. Pineapple, lemon .. your stomach likely has secreted more acid resulting in the burning sensation you feel. Eat blander food for a day or two, consider an OTC antacid.It should resolve quickly.If not, see doc

Nausea  gurgling: May have recurrent  H pylori or just reflux which  is not diagnosed on CT but on breathe test ( for h pylori) or EGD ( endoscopy with biopsy for H pylori) and EGD to see reflux esophagitis/ gastritis.

Antacids: Acidity is neutralized by antacids, there are several kinds; short acting and long acting, prescription and over the counter. It is best to get evaluated first especially if acidity is severe as it could be due to ulcers in the gut and treatment is very different. Ask your son to see a doc.

Occasional use of an: Antacidslike maalox, mylanta or Tums might help. Pepcid or zantac (ranitidine) work in a different way to decrease stomach acid. However, if this problem occurs frequently, you should see a gastroenterologist to make sure you don't have an ulcer, or something else serious.

Take Pepcid (famotidine) AC: The best thing is to get an endoscopy done , there could a infection which can be treated effectively .Avoid soda , alcohol , smoking , citrus fruit , tomato sauce , drink water enough .
