Aloe sap: I would not be concerned about a little discomfort. However, aloe vera needs to be almost pure to provide healing for burns. So, use aloe vera sap directly from the plant - most products don't have a high enough aloe content.

Burn healing.: I am happy to hear that your burn has been healing. Using aloe vera can help to accelerate healing of burn wounds. However, it must be fairly undiluted to be effective. Open Wounds?: If you have open wounds, i.e. bleeding or cuts, you should apply an antibiotic ointment, such as Bacitracin or triple antibiotic ointment.  You can wash the wound with soap and water and apply the ointment three times a day.  If you do not have open wounds, any moisturizer will treat 'razor burn'.

I : I agree you should see a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment options.  Most likely it is seborrheic dermatitis, but any of the conditions listed by dr. Christenson are possible. Read for about seborrheic dermatitis below. I hope that helps.

: See a wound care specialist or burn center. Your spasms  are concerning for  a mineral deficiency that occurs with generalized burns. See a doctor

Aloe Barbadensis: Aloe vera caloe vera (aloe barbadensis) can speed burn healing by stimulating growth of new skin.  Use of aloe vera can help to prevent keratinisation of  new skin growth and thus it may help to minimize scarring.  To skin up the healing process of burns and skin wounds, stimulates the growth of new healthy skin cells.

You can use a number: Of hydrating and skin healing substances, including vit e, cocoa butter, or other marketed hydrating post-sunburn lotions.

Lifocaine: The amount of Lidocaine entering the body via the burn site may become toxic levels.
