ARIPAPRAZOLE OVERDOS: Oral Aripiprazole overdosage causes vomiting, somnolence, and tremor, acidosis, aggression, atrial fibrillation, bradycardia, coma, confusional state, convulsion, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, depressed level of consciousness, hypertension, hypokalemia, hypotension, lethargy, loss of consciousness, qt prolongation, pneumonia aspiration, respiratory arrest, status epilepticu, tachycardia.

Rexulti vs Ability: Brexpiprazole has lower potential for side effects like insomnia, nausea, restlessness &amp; akathisia compared to aripiprazole. Compared with other atypical antipsychotics there may be lower risk for weight gain, sedation, extrapyramidal sx's and ^'ed prolactin levels. REF:  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4749739/.  I hear that Rexulti is pretty expensive.

All of these parameters must be carefully monitored for a patient on this medication.  Not all patients develop side effects.
