Need more info: "hole in bone" could be many things. Because of low white blood cells, I am worried about the bone marrow and , if not done, should be biopsied. (not sure if that's what was biopsied from your note) other blood tests should also be done.

Need more info: Do you have any symptoms? Why were these tests done? How long as your ASO been 405? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, in isolation your test results are okay. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Q: can cyst cause high white blood count?

Yes.: We expect that small cysts won't do much to the white count but that larger cysts might. Remember that WBC count can vary from day to day anyway.

Most labs around the country report normal values 4.0--10k
however the 'normal range' is an arbitrary cut -off embracing the 'extremes' of a normal statistical 'bell shaped curve' . So 3k can still be normal for you.   However trends over time are most important and whether or not you have symptoms. Recheck <1 mo. W/'differential'.
