Usually not: However what you are labeling as pus may be something else and normal part of healing. The healing process for wounds is not exactly pretty. Okay to get your wound checked with your regular doc.

Nasal bump: Hello, it would be a helpful to stop trying to &quot;pop&quot; your nasal lesion. If it is or was a pustule, your manipulation will cause a cellulitis to develop around the lesion thus preventing it from resolving. See your doctor because it may need to be treated with an antibiotic.

Infection?: Some "pimples" are small areas of infection.  When you squeeze them, the infection can spread into the surrounding tissue.  Usually your immune system will get rid of the infection but sometimes you can get a larger infection or abscess.  Best wishes!

If there is no history of injury to the area, you could have an infection - the most common is called a pilonidal sinus - which often requires antibiotic treatment, and sometimes a minor surgical procedure. If the pain persists, see your doctor or a dermatologist.

Dont: touch it may get infected then u won't have any time to ask when to see a doctor. It is a sebaceous cyst, may fade away if not and if bothersome may get excision.
