Obtain OB care.: Low blood pressure is normal in some women, however there can be many causes that are abnormal.  See your OB doctor for these problems.

See your ob: Need to see your OB asap.  VERY important to control blood pressure during pregnancy for you and your unborn child.

Regular exersice (30-60 min, 5x/wk)
Watch your diet (salt, processed foods, sodium)
If on med for BP by your OB....take it....
Regular (even weekly at times) OB visits.

Blood pressure: Normal blood pressure is systolic blood pressure less than 120 and diastolic less than 80. You would have an elevated systolic blood pressure and stage two hypertension with a diastolic blood pressure greater than 90.

You should take biaxin 500 mg twice daily for 2 weeks, Phenergan (promethazine) dm cough syrup one teaspoonful 3 times a day till the cough improves, Allegra 180 mg  one tablet at night for 3 weeks.  Continue also your present medication for high BP and cholesterol.

Essential HTN: Most likely you have essential hypertension. Do you have relatives with htn? If not, you should be checked for other causes: renal disease in particular. You have mild hypertension: it should be easy to control and you would benefit from having it under control.

: Everybody's blood pressure varies over time. This is entirely normal.

im measuring my blood pressure cause i'm query hypertension, but my initial number is always high (i have anxiety so i always check again) and the next two measurements are lower and lower again.. is this normal?

: 
This is called the alerting response as squeezing your arm is sensed as something that may need you to flee or fight. So BP goes up just in case. Then body changes it mind and adapts. I recommend you take BP every min till it stops going down the take 3 more readings and average those. Take same time of day and use exactly the right sized cuff, positioning etc. Can also have Dr do 24 hr BP.

why is my blood pressure high for the last 3 days? was 140/90, 138/88. on losartan 50mg, should i go back to see my gp. it was around 121/80-130/88

BP High. : You should certainly go back to your GP. It could be something simple such as feeling of stress or increase in your sodium intake contributing to your elevated blood pressure numbers, but it’s always better to be sure.
