Need more info: The best way to diagnose an irregular rhythm is to record it. Your doctor can prescribe a monitor that you can wear which will allow your heart rhythm to be recorded. The recorded rhythm during your symptoms will be very helpful in getting to the bottom of it.

Endurance: Not sure what you've translated into electrical endurance problem. In general Prednisone doesn't cause rhythm problems but you should discuss your problem and therapy with your drs. To be clear on what they say is going on.
