Used in Burma: It is claimed to remove unwanted hair permanently and is used by women and some men in Burma
I can not find any study done for it's safety or effectiveness .But they claim there are no side effect
Sorry we do not have too much scientific information about this.
But it sounds too good to be true that it removes unwanted hai permanently and no side effects

Hair removal ?: The irritation from the "hair removal cream" will subside in a day or two.  Cold water and coconut oil is fine if it relieves the pain.

can you put baby oil in your hair or on your skin to prevent ticks?

Not your best option: I know lots of online "experts" (none of them physicians) say baby oil will repel ticks. It makes a bit of sense, in that the ticks might not be able to recognize your skin if it's coated in oil, and if you have nothing else on hand it's probably better than nothing. Permethrin lotion, however, is far more effective. Deet is not very effective against ticks, but great for mosquitos and such.

No.: I can't think of any way that could happen, unless you're violently allergic to some component of the baby oil. The differential of hair loss is very long; a dermatologist can sort it out for you.

Baby hair: Baby hair is frequently very fine and thin. Use a soft brush. You can use a baby shampoo just once or twice a week which will keep it soft and clean. Baby oil is not usually necessary, but you can use it or a baby hair conditioner. Most early baby hair may fall out or change in the first year, and the new hair comes in differently.

If it causes: You to break out  with rash the stop it. Different people may have different topicals . Use the one that your skin dose not react

Best to discuss w/Dr: Home remedies are not always the best solution for hair removal, if you have sensitive skin, you may break out, have localized inflammatory response &amp; depends where the hair is that you want removed.That will determine the best treatment.Face?Underarms?Legs? Bikini line? Need more info.There are creams, waxing, threading, electrolysis, laser options. Depends on thickness, budget, outcome desired.

Safe To Use Baby Oil: "Baby oil" is commonly applied to babies' skin. It does not moisturize however due to it's poor absorption by the skin. Beyond this, it can be used as massage oil on infant skin. Classical baby oils are safe when used as directed. As with any product, carefully read the label, avoid dyes &amp; fragrances, avoid phthalates &amp; parabens. See your doctor for any abnormal skin condition your infant may have

i have used veet- hair removal cream 2-3 times already during my pregnancy? but i just read that these  creams should be avoided. is my baby safe?

See below: Use of thiogycolate hair removal products is discouraged in pregnancy because of theoretical risks. No studies have been done showing it is safe or toxic for use in pregnancy according to the NIH.  Because it reacts with hair enough to promote removal  of hair, its use is discouraged in pregnancy.  You should check with your OB-GYN, however, even though risk of fetal effects is low.
