Intraoral herpes: is very common viral (HSV1) infection. They are a cluster of blisters that first appear clear then become cloudy and appears inside the mouth or  more often outside the mouth on the lips.

Symptoms : As a General rule the decision to proceed with surgery for uterine fibroids is dependent upon the patient's symptoms. We don't usually operate simply because a fibroid is present. The three fibroids that you mentioned are very small.

Spinal tumor surgery: I would suggest you should have the tumor resected and not ignore it as tumors can turn malignant.  Symptoms nay be aggravated by excessive movement and exercise and irritation of nerve root.  make an apt. for virtual consult and will discuss further.

Safe: Early abortion is safe and risks are minimal.  However, at 32 it is time to start planning when you will have children.  Your risk of conceiving a child with Down syndrome starts to rise at 35.  In addition, your fertility starts to dwindle as your neat 40.

No, there is not: Fibroid treatments include, focused ultrasound, GnRh Agonists, uterine artery ablation, and hysterectomy or myomectomy(surgery). There is not a pill yet for that purpose.
