Tomato allergy: True tomato allergy is rare.  Within 1 hour of eating tomato you would experience hives, wheezing, swelling or more serious reactions.

Tomato is known to be part of the "food pollen syndrome" also called "oral allergy syndrome".  This is a cross reactivity between grass pollen and tomato.  Symptoms of this would be limited to an itchy mouth.  Avoidance or immunotherapy to grass are the treatment.

Tomato allergy: Rarely, a severe allergic reaction called anaphylaxis can occur after eating tomato.  More commonly are less severe reactions such as hives or swelling.  This may include GI symptoms of pain and cramping.  True tomato allergy is very unusual but does exist.

Tomato allergy: Symptoms of IgE-mediated food allergy occur within minutes of ingestion and can involve any of the following: skin rash/hives, lip/tongue/throat swelling, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea/abdominal pain, wheezing/short of breath, dizziness, heart palpitations, mental confusion.  The Allergist will offer an interpretation of the test in the context of your past symptoms and may offer skin test or foodtrial

been on nexium for three weeks for mild gerd at night. if i don't take it exactly every 24 hours, i get heart burn from fizzy drinks or tomato sauce that i definitely didn't have before. it's like it made symptoms worse and during the day. why?

Avoid  acidic foods: and drinks. Tomatoes can aggravate gastritis/GERD. Carbonated beverages will form carbonic acid after being ingested. If non-responsive to Nexium, get tested for H. pylori bacteria.

i've had tomato soup & lasegna this last week & my stool looks like a light brown/reddish or maroon color & have had no other symptoms, such as headaches, dizziness, nauseousness, vomiting, bleeding in toilet bowl or tissue, etc, should i b worried?

I would say no: I don't think we can make a blanket statement that it's bad for everyone. It can be bad for certain people, for example if you're allergic to it. Or perhaps if it gives you heart burn, then we can say its bad for you.
Whether its good or bad depends on each individual person.

It is good for: Your health to eat tomatoes.  
Tomatoes contain lycopene which is an antioxidant that fights free radicals (helps to prevent cancer).  When you cook tomatoes it significantly increases the amount of bioavailable lycopene.
