Biliary Colic?: You may be describing "biliary colic."  this is mid epigastric (pit of stomach) discomfort that can extend through to the back when something stimulates the gallbladder and bile ducts to contract.  This can occur in response to the intake of certain foods.   However it may also signal inflammation of the gallbladder and the presence of gallstones.  Consult with your primary care or GI doctor.

Colon: Possible low grade diverticulitis.  Did you have diverticulum when you had colonoscopy ?

Yes: Plain x-ray might show obstruction. Best test is a ct but in your case might not be needed.

Other symptoms. : A bowel obstruction will cause cramping abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distention, and constipation.  Back pain and pain with walking may occur but this would be secondary to the above symptoms.

Straining back pain: The pressure within the spinal canal increases during straining. Any inflammatory condition may feel worse while straining. What are the other symptoms? Leg pain? Tingling? Numbness? Weakness in the legs?

Bowel issues: Severe, chronic constipation sometimes can produce back and leg pain that mimic a disc herniation.  This is presumably from increased intra-abdominal pressure that compresses and irritates the lumbar plexus. Treat the constipation, and symptoms resolve.

Yes: Straining with bowel movements can increase you intrabdominal pressure which can exacerbate back pain and can also worsen pain that may be resulting from a disc herniation. Talk with you pcp about your issue.  They may recommend a stool softener or even a laxative to help alleviate the bowel issues. They can also help determine if there is some other source to your back pain.
