Of no concern: The MRI shows up bright spots for which no real clinical problem is related.  The ethmoid air cells in deep between the eyes and can have little polyps of no significance.  The MRI is famous for ubos (unidentified bright objects).  Discuss with your doctor, but no reason to worry from what you describe.

mri result states "moderate to severe narrowing of bilateral neural foramina".  what does this mean? could nerves be pinched?

Possibility: The neural (intervertebral) foramina are where the spinal nerve roots exit the spinal cord. Severe narrowing of these holes can certainly cause impingement. If your symptoms correspond to the vertebral level of narrowing, it may be due to impingement (pinched nerves.)

had mri & result- possible small t2 hypersensitivity to left lower conus, and minor prominence of central canal? what could this be? x

Mild disc changes: T2 sequence is used to look at the vertbral discs and relates to level of water in the disc. A low reading may suggest early or very mild degenerative changes in the disc.It is best to have the study interpreted by the person who ordered it and knows your clinical history to put this finding in context specifically for you.

i have all recent blood tests, together with an mri result that found a microadenoma thats active increasing my prolacting really high. thanks?

Elevated prolactin: There are generally two approaches to treating microadenomas.  The first is to treat it with medications like Parlodel that suppress the prolactin.  The second is a surgical approach, but this is usually only if medical treatment fails.

It usually means: there is  sinusitis. Talk to your doctor, you might need antibiotics or other treatment.

Results?: MRI =of knee can show injuries to menisci and cruciate ligaments.Ask you physician for results and what  they mean.
