Add a spine surgeon: and a neurologist to your consult list, Sounds like you have multiplicity of pronlems not related to each other
Unless they are all psychological ????

i have sharp muscle pains on the right hand side of my neck just behind the collar bone and on the right hand side of my lower abdominal area at the back. i also get headaches and stiffness of the neck. my left inner hand has a black itchy hard area?

See below: Get seen by your doc soon unless the pain is unbearable or any breathing problems are occurring.  If so, get seen now.  Pneumonia, urinary tract infections and other problems may need to be ruled out.

Yes, it could: Mean infection has spread to kidney and persisted.  Or even a kidney stone.  You need to get your urine tested again, and perhaps even imaging.  Go see your doctor.

NSAIDS, ice, heat...: Pain, stiffness, and inflammation can be relieved  with over-the-counter medications like advil or aleve (naproxen). Follow directions on label. Ice for about 45 minutes will address inflammation and swelling, never apply ice to the skin, always over a towel or clothing. Follow this by heat for about 20 to 25 minutes to help soothe and relax tight muscles. Gentle range of motion and stretching exercises.

Many Possibilities: Depending on how long it's been going on, i would consider an evaluation by a spine specialist.  Sometimes it could be a muscle imbalance, early onset arthritis or scoliosis.  Also could be a pinched nerve/herniated disc.  Either way it might be good to figure it out and get appropriate treatment.

Severe back pain: Excruciating low back pain in the absence of an injury or acute strain is unusual. A kidney stone attack comes to mind. It often starts in the flank,radiates downward and also may radiate toward the groin. If you are in extreme distress, I recommend proceeding to the emergency room where prompt evaluation, appropriate testing and treatment are available
