Not bad recovery: If you have hemorrhoids there is the possibility of them getting incarcerated and strangling. The surgery is not bad and the surgeon will instruct you as to the after care which is mainly keeping the areas clean and avoiding foods that harden stools.

Should dissolve: In my hemorrhoid patients I used sutures that dissolve in 30-40 days and didn't need to be removed.
Removing rectal stitches is like chasing a wild cat around the room, a experience both the patient and I did not want to experience.
Ask your surgeon to confirm.

can i continue taking iron tablets  after a hemorrhoids surgery?  when can i have sex ?

See below: No substantial difference between ointment and cream. You may continue taking iron tablets as prescribed by your doctor. You may have sex when you are ready and feel like having it.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

You might have: an occult infection, so you should consult with your surgeon, especially if you have fever or diarrhea.

It depends: Have you abstained from sex long enough to allow your hemorrhoids time to heal? Surgery is an option but even then you would have to abstain in order for the wounds to heal.

Varies: Get the specifics from your surgeon.  The nature/ complexity of surgery, any complication postoperatively, and the most unpredictable of all - individual factors can all impact your recovery.  I have patients back to normal in 1 wk and some will take a month to feel normal.

Probably not: Depending what you do at work, going back to work early probably won't effect the results of your surgery.  It may depend upon how your recovery is proceeding.  You should discuss this with your surgeon.

Usually not: Unless you job requires prolonged standing or heavy lifting (over 25 pounds) going back to work in a week should be okay.  You can help the doctor determine by how you feel and your knowledge of what the job requires. You may still have a sense of urgency, so the availability of toilet facilities may also detern=mine how soon you return to work.

i had surgery of internal hemorrhoids a month ago. can i take alcohol now ?

Sure: After hemorrhoid surgery, it is important to keep your stools soft and avoid straining at your bowel movements.  Alcohol in moderation is probably ok, as long as it doesn't adversely affect your stools.
