Possible yeast: You could  have a candidal infection that could be helped via otc creams. Ie lotrimin (clotrimazole) or monistat.      Possible a contact dermatitis due to condom. If using and no response to above consider stop using and try otc Hydrocortisone cream.   May need to see pcp if persists.

May not be STD: Since most STD's would cause irritation or itching, your penile rash may be due to some other cause. Pl get it checked for a definitive diagnosis. Feel better

NO: Don't worry you will not get penile cancer, so many other factors involved to get one ,  age ( not at 25 ) , personal hygiene , not cleaning fore skin , exposure to carcinogens like chimney sweeping  etc  ,  uncommon in western world,   you rash may some allergic reaction from detergents , under wear  go and see your doctor and keep you mind at ease.
