See below: Assuming you mean burning or increased feeling of warmth in these areas, it most likely is due to a nerve. May be an inflammatory condition.  Hard to say without examination.

hi,just briefly.2years ago.hot knees started then hands/shins/feet and face.recently i started feeling very hotter in my left foots palm one specific spot about as round as the bottom of a mug.this comes and goes a few times a day for about 2weeks.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms suggest vascular insufficiency. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.

i have two blue or purple spots on two of my toes on my left foot. noticed after wearing tight boots. been present for months now. starts in big toe.

Discoloration: on your toes should be looked at by a Podiatrist.  It could be something as simple as a bruise however, since it has been there for months it is good to have a correct diagnosis and treatment plan if needed.  Make sure your shoes are well padded, have support and have enough room at the ends and sides to prevent future skin breakdown!

i started seeing red spots appearing on my left foot then leg, no pain or iching. i had a total left knee replacement in 1994?

Hard to say: It could be one of many things such as vascular, allergic, or neither there is not enough information to suggest that this is related to your total knee. You need to see your physician and get an evaluation. I doubt this is related to your knee surgery.

2 brown spots bottom of foot since august. could they be planters wart? they don't hurt and never did. different size. no center. only on left foot.

Possibly a wart: A sudden appearing brown spot on the foot is most likely a wart however it could be a pigmented skin lesion some of which can be fatal like a melanoma.  You need a medical doctor to see this and likely have a biopsy.

This would need to : Be checked out to determine if it is blood,  fungus, maybe a wart or worse a melanoma....usually it is blood, or even sock lint but the others should be ruled out.

Difficult to say: Without examining your child it's difficult to say what is causing these symptoms.  Sounds like hand foot and mouth disease but without an examination it's not possible to say for sure.

Foot pain: Embryologically, there is no connection between shoulder and foot, so the connection of squeezing your shoulder and experiencing foot pain does not make much sense. However, if it is of concern to you, i would have an exam to look for what may be going on.
