Typically 4-10 weekly sessions, depending on issue severity, are ideal.

It depends: It depends on the doctor/facility you attend. It may be several hundred dollars if you are self pay. If you have no insurance and low income you may visit a 'federally qualified' community health center. They use a sliding scale fee and depending on your income it may be free or very low cost and the care is usually excellent. Also, plan parenthood offer cancer screenings (pap) at very low cost.

: I can offer you the following.  If you suspect that you have an abscess of dental origin, you most likely would have pain coming from a compromised tooth or gum.  The area would swollen.  I would see a Doctor of Dental Medicine.  An exam and X-ray(s) would be taken.  Most likely the practitioner would write out an Rx. for an antibiotic.  The cost for exam and X-ray-$150. RCT would cost-$1200-2000.

Shop around.: Depending or not if contrast is used, it could range from a few hundred (300) to a thousand plus.  If you're fortunate enough to live in a location with various imaging centers - just call them.  And ask them for their "cash price".  Unfortunately, there's not good transparency in prices for medical care, but with enough work you can get some comparison prices.  Good luck!
