Well: You should shed  most of the lining with your period then the body starts to get ready for plantation of a fertilized egg to make a baby so it starts all over again making a lining and it gets thicker every day, best ready around ovulation. If ovulation does not occur then the body knows it is not pregnant and gets ready to stop that cycle and prepares for the shed and repeat of another cycle.

Womb: I`ve never heard of vibrating womb. I can only think that you are feeling your bowel movements due to irritable bowel syndrome. 
Exercise daily and follow low GI diet. Drink Forlax, colpermin or Iberogast for 4 months if struggling with non specific abdominal pains. Important to deworm the whole family every 6 months.

Pregnancy?: The first step is a pregnancy test. If negative then the next most likely thing is an intestinal problem since the only thing moving in an abdomen are the guts.A gastroenterologist can evaluate.  If that is normal then see an Obgyn to exclude ovarian and uterine pathology.
