Working with your phone will not have any deleterious effect on the baby. For the sake of your and your baby's health, you should be under the care of a doctor and get regular antenatal checks. Cell phones are relatively new. You should be able to acquire a land line if you need phone that much and use laptop for emails. Some use of cell phone for messaging should be acceptable. Hope it helps.
