Doubt it: Either way are you ready to loose your fiancé now or to divorce when the deception becomes evident. There are also legal issues that arise when you use someone's property (sperm) without consent. It could void any responsibility on his part to participate in  the child's care, or leave you open to losing the child if he decides to sue for custody. You need couples counseling.

Very unlikely: It is not uncommon for the cervix to remain slightly open after multiple births. However, this slight opening of the cervix is not a known risk factor for expulsion (the IUD "falling out") Your risk for expulsion is not higher than average. The overall risk is low for all women but not zero, so be sure to check the strings daily to ensure that your IUD is still in place.

Normal: This is quite normal.  See your gynecologist for a check up.  Always a good idea. Having some relaxation of the tissues is normal.

The : The symtpoms you are experiencing (bleeding and cramping) are very common side effects following medical abortion. The cramping can last up to 4 days, while vaginal belleding can persist for up to 3 weeks. Drinking plenty of water is helpful. 
If you exerience severe abdominal pain that is unbearable or large amounts of vaginal bleeding, seek medical attention.

There is discomfort: I have placed a lot of iuds and there is a lot of variation in what women feel.  Most women who have had vaginal births have a cervix that is more open, and most feel mild to moderate discomfort only.  Women who haven't had a vaginal birth tend to have moderate pain, mostly because the cervix isn't as open.  I recommend a woman take Ibuprofen prior to iud.  The discomfort is just with insertion.
