Not a bug bite: I would really doubt this is an insect bite.  Most insect bites end up being an infection that is caused by MRSA or methcillin resistant staph aureus.  If this bump is sore, i would get it checked out to make sure it doesn't need further treatment.

there was a bug in my underwear for a long time. didnt notice until later-it may have been a flea, as it looked like 1 & theyve been around house. bit me near vagina. what do i do? apply neosporin?

: How awful! We all hate getting bitten in our tender places. Clean with soap and water. Neosporin won't hurt but usually is not necessary. There are OTC creams to use if it gets too itchy like Ivarest and Benadryl. Reducing the itch can be very helpful, especially in public situations.  Watch for signs of infection like increasing redness or pus. Most bug bites go away on their own. Good luck!

Don't panic: This might be as simple as an inclusion cyst or a small lymph node.  Without actually examing the area or without a better description, then it is hard to guess.  The best option is to schedule a visit with your doctor and have them take a look!

See doctor: I suspect that you might have been bitten by a spider which also introduces infection to the tissue.  However it is best to get examined by your doctor since there is no way to tell without checking the affected area.   Another possibility may be shingles.

i find problem while doing toilet and feels like some insect is rolling over my vagina i visited a doctor and he said it will affect pregnancy...he said its urine infection.
wilk it affect pregnancy in future?

See another Doctor: A urinary infection is treated with antibiotic pills. It goes away in 10 days. It will not affect pregnancy.
I am not sure that what you are feeling is an infection. Did the doctor do a pelvic exam? Did you give a urine sample to have checked for infection?
See another physician to get a more accurate diagnosis.

Sounds like a normal: Sounds like a normal variation. The vaginal opening and the labia can have different appearances and still be normal. Just like having different noses, or eye color.  A gynecologist would need to do an exam, probably just looking at the skin at the opening to be able to tell you if it's a normal variant, or something else.

Infection or atrophy: Pinkish color is the standard color expected for healthy skin or mucosa(vaginal canal) but when there is infection by fungus or bacteria or by a virus, the color may not look healthy. Aging mucosal epithelium may also look pale or whitish and rough. Your gyn doctor should be able to explain to you what specifically is your problem and prescribe you the right medication or treatment.

: Yes, it is possible. There were case reports about leeches in girl's vagina as the cause of vaginal bleeding in Vietnam when I practiced medicine there. I am not sure if any type of bug can survive long in the vagina; however, bug outside the vagina is possible such as tick.
