could warm water help insect bites?

Unlikely: There are many ways to try to treat or soothe insect bites, but applying anything warm is not one of them.  With most insect bites, there is a histamine release which causes itching and redness &amp; anything warm will make this worse. Applying a cool compress, an OTC steroid cream (2 times a day) may help with this. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or another antihistamine may help with the itch.

Masking: Hot water may cause irritation/burning sensation. Such nerve signals would mask the itching sensation from the bites. You feel good because you don't feel itching.

Insect bite: Most likely, though this is not a diagnosis, this liquid is serum which comes out between the cells of the skin. It can be a reaction to inflammation caused by the bug bite. If you have a continued problem with this, first don't squeeze and secondly see a dermatologist.

Possible: Some people can get a "heat rash" that worsens when the skin is hot and usually gets better when cooled. However, to really be certain you should have this problem examined.

Some thoughts...: A bug bite is usually ok if it looks like a typical small (1/4 to 1 inch wide) mosquito or flea bite.  If there is a lot of swelling, a doctor should check to see if it is just an allergic reaction or is actually infected.  If the bite area has stuff oozing out of it, or if the area is painful, one should see a doctor to examine for infection. If no doctor available, the ER can help.

i have very bad reactions to all insect bites but mosquitos seem to be the worst. the entire area swells, gets hot, hard, and extremely itchy. when i was you they gave me niacin to keep fleas from biting me, will the same work for mosquitos & spiders?

: Did it stop the fleas or did you get rid of them. If so worth a try but by hunch is that it will not help.  Using Off may help more. Give then both a try and let us know.

Bite: unless you have a definite bite you need to be concerned about a staff infection that may require drainage with or without antibiotics.  You should have this looked at by a health profesional

Hives or bite?: If you have not been bitten by an insect, your rash can be hives and can get worse. If you have been scratching an insect bite it can get infected. Seek medical help to determine the best course of action.

Unwarrented assumpti: You assume they are due to insects. Did you see insects? Does anyone else have something similar? Any exposure to animals? Probably it is something else. You may need to consult a physician, preferably a dermatologist. No spider ever causes what you seem to describe.
