True: given also that you are dizzy and lightheaded, not a good idea to use an antihistamine, but you need to check your blood pressure. Saline nasal washes would help for now, probably nasal steroids as well, but ultimately you need to see your doctor / ENT specialist, good luck

: Headaches, especially migraine, have varying presentations and symptomatology expressions, and even may feel like tension headaches at times.  Not uncommon to have a "pressure" sensation.  Would check your blood pressure and pulse, to exclude such entities as POTS, and not a bad idea to do some blood tests to check for thyroid, blood sugar, and anemia issues.  Your regular doctor can assist.

Seek advice: You won't know, necessarily. Vertigo is a sensation of spinning or motion of the person or the environment, while dizziness is not a sense of motion but lightheadedness or feeling floaty or off kilter. There can be neurologic  issues, inner ear problems , visual problems,  psychologic issues, cardiovascular problems,  and many other causes. See an ENT, neurologist, and possibly cardiolologist.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

None: Inner ear disorders cause vertigo (and/or hearing loss) but not lightheadedness.  The latter can be caused by blood flow problems to the brain, nutritional issues or intrinsic brain problems but these are different from vertigo which is the subjective sensation of motion in the absence thereof.  Head to your pcp or an ENT to talk about the difference.
