Overflow incontinenc: Before doing a procedure to improve your quality of life, your bladder function needs to be studied to insure there is nothing going on that will negatively impact your kidney function.  Then, based on the result, things can definitely be done to help you such as starting intermittent catheterization.  Good luck!

Groin Pain: Injures of the hip joint typically involve groin pain. There may be clicking/catching of the hip when rotating or flexing the hip by bringing the knee close to your chest. Pelvic injury symptoms depend on the injury. A bony injury is unlikely unless from a high energy accident or collision. Soft tissue injury of the pelvis usually is from muscle avulsion from an explosive athletic maneuver or fall.

Not first line test: Although an MRI might show some signs of a urethral injury or stricture, the best imaging study is a retrograde urethrogram. A retrograde urethrogram involves filling the urethra with contrast under fluoroscopy and looking for abnormalities.

Need further evaluat: Sorry for your fall and the very uncomfortable symptoms that you are having.
With a history of stones, a kub x-ray and at least a renal bladder ultrasound would be important. A voiding diary will help quantify your frequency. Perhaps temporary relief from an anti-cholinergic and or bladder analgesic medication ( uribel) until your urologist reviews the diary and has other suggestions would be help.
