Unlikely: It is very unlikely that one dose of any hormone would cause a stunt in bone growth or penis size.  Hopefully you are no longer injecting unknown or non prescribed substances into your body.

Nothing good: Firstly Anabolic steroids need to be prescribed by physician. They are illegal if obtained by any other means. Secondly you coulod injure your penis &/or get a significant penile hematoma. Thirdly, steroids will circulate throughout your body & lead to muscle overdevelopment & premature aging. In short "a rotten idea".

See your doctor: Sounds like you have numerous issues which need to be addressed, and your latest injection just a portion of your experiences, but nonetheless, you are at risk for a local penile reaction, and/or infection.  If you have no doctor head to a nearby hospital.

Lexapro (escitalopram) kills libido: I suspect the Lexapro (escitalopram) is the culprit.  You have another option for an anti-depressant which can be an add on, buproprion.  I suspect there is more to your story if the doctor has advised injections instead of a trial of Viagra or the like.  Personally, I would try other options for my patient prior to advising injections.  Have a frank discussion with your doctor regarding the anti-depressant.

Neither: If your problem is one with libido, meaning the desire to have sex, an injection or a medication that stimulates bloodflow to the penis will do NOTHING to make you WANT to have sex and so your mental health is something you need to discuss first, possibly with your prescriber for another SSRI that won't affect your libido. Best of luck.
