Not serious: Diatomite is an amorphous form of silica that is relatively non toxic. In contrast, inhaled crystalline silica is toxic, and Acute Silicosis from exposure to high concentrations can develop within a few weeks or several years after exposure. You may have incurred a mild irritation of the airway but not at risk for significant 
lung damage. Should your symptoms persist see your Dr.

i was walking at night time and i was talking to my friend. i felt 2 insects fly into my mouth. one i spat out but one i basically inhaled. so that's like aspirating? should i go to hospital to remove this or will i be okay?

: Since you are taking time to write in here, I assume your breathing is unobstructed. In that case, you may have swallowed the insect and it will pass through your system like food. If, in fact, you are having difficulty breathing, then go to ER.

If the person is having any cough, shortness of breath, or chest pain, then then should be seen.

Depends: All inhalation injuries are does-dependent.  Most bug sprays are aromatic hydrocarbons and a few breaths won't harm you.  Prolonged exposure could be dangerous.

That depends.: Household insect  sprays usually contain pyrethrins which aren't very dangerous. Industrial  insecticides may contain organophosphates and other poisons - these could be lethal.

Irritant: All sprays are irritant and can cause symptoms from mild airway irritation to significant spastic bronchitis and pneumonitis. Awareness is critical and good ventilation following their use indoor is needed in order to prevent respiratory symptoms.

Pesticide exposure: Get an evaluation.  Exposure to pesticide chemicals can be irritating to the lungs, causing an inflammation known as a pneumonitis which may require steroid drug therapy to treat the inflammation.

Probably ok: You ate a bug or breathed it in.  You will probably be ok. We were just in Ireland in July, didn't see any bugs.  It is unlikely that it got past your vocal cords. So you either ate it or coughed it out.  The acid in your stomach will kill any insect.  Hope this helps,  lovely country.
