"Silo-unloader's disease" or "grain fever syndrome" has been described in workers exposed to large quantities of fungal material while cleaning silos but illness is typically self limited and workers recover without lung impairment.

If you have a severe allergic reaction to anything, including a type of mold, you could have an anaphylaxis reaction &amp; die. That said such reactions to mold or anything are quite rare.

Yes: Increasing use of a rescue inhaler may mean that asthma is not  well controlled - or maybe that there is an infection.  Would let your pulmonologist know the frequency that you are having to use a rescue inhaler as well as letting him or her know all of your symptoms.

Inhaling mold spores would only become a problem if there is a high amount, and you had a chronic condition like asthma or severe allergies to molds, then inhaling spores could cause an increase in asthma symptoms like difficulty breathing, cough, wheeze, etc
